Volkswagen of America certified as Top Employer by Top Employers Institute

Herndon, VA — Volkswagen of America, Inc. (VWoA) today announced that it has been certified as a Top Employer for 2020 by the Top Employers Institute after a company-wide audit by an independent third-party. VWoA is one of 24 US employers to receive this acknowledgement.

The annual, international certification recognizes employers around the world who successfully achieve the required standards for top employment practices and working conditions. The Top Employer process assesses and validates 600 working condition practices and indicators across the business.
Established more than 25 years ago, the Top Employers Institute has certified over 1, 600 organizations in 119 countries/regions.
